SOW AND GROW combines fast-establishing annual ryegrass with nitrogen-fixing clovers to create living soil armor that protects, feeds, and regenerates garden beds and raised beds alike. While the foliage grows above ground, a powerful root system is working below loosening compacted soil, feeding beneficial microbes, and storing nutrients for future crops.  Unlike agricultural cover crop blends, SOW AND GROW is intentionally brassica-free, making it ideal for home gardens where brassicas can overwinter pests and harbor disease.
